私のゼミでは、修士論文、博士論文、学術論文を英語で書くように指導しています。2007年9月から2023年9月にかけて、32名の学生が私の指導のもと博士号を取得しました。32名のうち15名は大学・研究機関に就職しており、その他の7名は国際機関である世界銀行本部、残る3名は政府機関（ウガンダ総理大臣アドバイザー）と国際NGOでそれぞれ働いています。
