日本比較教育学会第50回全国大会において小川啓一教授・小川ゼミ修了生・ゼミ生が研究成果を発表しました

2014年7月11日（金）から13日（日）まで、日本比較教育学会（Japan Comparative Education Society：JCES）第50回全国大会が名古屋大学・東山キャンパスにて開催されました。小川研究室では、比較国際教育学分野における国内外の学会への積極的参加が奨励されています。本年度のJCES全国大会では、小川啓一研究室から、小川先生に加え9名のゼミ生と2名の修了生が英語での研究成果の口頭発表を行い、それぞれの研究の精緻化に役立つ大変貴重なコメントやアドバイスをいただきました。

大会1日目には「Educational Finance and Administration: Focus on Primary Schools in Developing Countries」という標題の英語でのラウンド・テーブルが小川教授の司会で行われ、本ゼミ修了生で現在は神戸大学国際協力研究科の研究員（マカレレ大学講師）であられるワカダラ・ジェームス氏も発表者の一人として参加されました。博士課程後期課程在籍のゼミ生で豊橋技術科学大学の特任助教の余語豊彦氏は、「Emerging International Dimensions in East Asian Higher Education」という標題の英語によるラウンド・テーブルに、発表者として参加されました。

大会2日目の懇親会後には、JR名古屋駅周辺で小川研究室の同窓会が開催されました。多くの小川研究室のゼミ生や修了生は神戸大学以外の様々な機関で活躍しているため、学会毎に開かれる同窓会は互いの近況を共有し、情報交換をする良い機会となっています。今回は今年の3月に修了された元小川ゼミ生が多くが本JCES全国大会に参加され、同窓会にも出席されました。
