国際開発学会第26回春季大会にて、小川ゼミの学生が「優秀ポスター発表賞」と「優秀ポスター発表奨励賞」を受賞しました

2025年6月21日（土）に、国際開発学会第26回春季大会が北海道大学にて開催されました。本大会では、政治、教育開発、移民・難民、持続可能性、グローバル開発、貧困、ジェンダー、平和構築、災害、保健衛生などのテーマを含む67件の口頭発表、ラウンドテーブル9件、企画セッション5件、ブックトーク1件、15件のポスター発表、合計97件の研究発表が行われました。小川ゼミからは、6名の博士後期課程の学生が参加し、ポスターセッションにて研究成果の発表を行いました。

本大会では、博士後期課程の横川野彩さんが「優秀ポスター発表賞」、Htet Myet Aungさんが「優秀ポスター発表奨励賞」を受賞しました。

横川野彩さんは、「The Influence of Horizontal Education-job Mismatch on Wages of Vocational Senior High School Graduates in Indonesia」をテーマに研究発表を行いました。本研究では、インドネシアの2023年8月の労働力調査データを用いて、職業高校卒業生を対象に、専攻分野と就業分野の不一致が賃金に与える影響を分析しました。その結果、ミスマッチによる賃金への影響は3〜6%程度と、他国と比べて比較的小さいことが明らかになりました。また、男性の方が女性よりもミスマッチの影響を受けやすい傾向が示され、ミスマッチの分析においては性別による労働環境の違いも考慮する重要性が示唆されました。

Htet Myet Aungさんは、「Analysis of Learning-Adjusted Years of Schooling (LAYS) in Six Southeast Asia Countries」をテーマに研究発表を行いました。SEA-PLM 2019およびUNESCO UIS 2025のデータを用いて各国の学習成果調整済み就学年数（LAYS）を比較した結果、ベトナムが8.50年、マレーシアが7.44年と高い一方、ラオスは0.51年と大きく下回っており、就学機会および学習の質における深刻な格差が明らかとなりました。特に、ベトナムの高水準は同国の効果的な教育政策の成果を示しており、ラオスの低水準はインフラや教育資源の不足が依然として課題であることが示唆されました。本研究は、東南アジア地域における教育格差の是正に向けた政策の重要性を示唆しています。
