国際開発学会第34回全国大会が開催されました

2023年11月11日(土)から11月12日(日) の2日間にわたり、国際開発学会（JASID）第34回全国大会が上智大学にて開催されました。本大会では、「複合的危機下における連帯と共創」をテーマに、プレナリーセッション、一般口頭発表が18セッション、ラウンドテーブルが18セッション、企画セッションが5セッション、さらにポスターセッションやブックトークが行われました。小川ゼミからは、1名の博士後期課程の学生が一般口頭発表を行い、2名の博士後期課程の学生及び7名の博士前期課程の学生、計9名がポスターセッションにて研究成果の発表を行いました。

大会1日目は、本大会の実行委員長である上智大学の小松太郎先生による開会の辞で始まりました。また、「日本の開発援助はどこに向かうのか-開発協力大綱の改定を受けて-」と題して行われたプレナリーセッションでは、改定プロセスに携わった有識者懇談会委員である峯陽一様による基調講演の後、安全保障の研究者である伊豆山真理様、開発協力研究や ODA の適正な実施に助言を述べてきた東京大学の佐藤仁先生及び法政大学の松本悟先生による意見交換が行われました。さらに被援助国の援助関係者からのコメントも集め、新大綱が開発援助の実務や将来の研究、人材育成にどのような影響を与えるのか活発的な議論が交わされました。1日目の大会終了後には懇親会があり、他大学の研究者や実務者と交流する貴重な機会を得ることができました。
