第32回アフリカ教育学会で小川ゼミの学生が優秀研究発表賞を受賞しました

2023年9月30日(土)、10月1日(日) の2日間にわたり、帝京大学にてアフリカ教育学会第32回大会が開催されました。本大会では、20名以上の研究者及び実務者の口頭発表が行われました。神戸大学からは1名の修了生、6名の博士後期課程の学生、2名の博士前期課程の学生が研究計画及び研究成果の発表を行いました。本大会では、博士後期課程の小林匠さんが「優秀研究発表賞」を受賞されました。小林さんの報告タイトルは「The Relationship between Community and Parental Participation and Learning Outcomes in Ugandan Primary Education: An Examination of Cultural Capital Differences」で、今現在取り組んでいる博士論文の内容を基に研究成果の発表を行いました。

大会1日目は、本大会の実行委員長である帝京大学の大塲先生による開会の辞で始まりました。また、「Decolonizing and De-hegemonizing African Education Studies: Searching for Encounters in Comparative and International Education」と題して行われた特別セッションでは、東北大学のJing Liu先生と大妻女子大学の興津妙子先生の基調講演の後、京都大学の高山敬太先生が討論者としてコメントを述べられました。1日目の大会終了後には情報交換会があり、他大学の研究者と交流する貴重な機会を得ることができました。
